Here at The Whispering Branch, we request an element of floral creativity to showcase the best, and more importantly - the most beautiful, possible blooms.
We will work with you to bring together a mood board and colour palette to complement your unique wedding style, grow & source only the best available flowers on offer for the season.
Please note that we have a minimum floral investment of $3,500 (excluding GST) for all full service Friday, Saturday & Sunday bookings (NB full service means that you require floral arrangements in addition to personal flowers: for example reception tables, arbour or ceremony flowers. IF YOU ONLY REQUIRE PERSONAL FLOWERS WE DO NOT HAVE A MINIUM ON ANY DAY OF THE WEEK) This is in place to ensure that we can create weddings in our signature floral style and offer our couples the best service experience on their wedding day. It also ensures we have a beautiful high-quality product to create with and enough talented staff to make your floral dreams come true.
We value our ability to provide personalised attention to our couples as well as the artistry of floral design and organic beauty of flowers; Therefore we do limit the number of full-service weddings we take per weekend as a commitment to these values.

Styling Items:
We have a beautifully curated selection of table styling items available to our couples. Our collection is bespoke and sourced with the intention to portray a luxurious to earthy vibe and exude our signature TWB style..
Our collection is exclusively for the use of our clients and we do not DIY hire these items separately. We want our couples to have full access to the collection for their day should they wish.
The collection includes - bud Vases, compotes, ceramic vases, handmade earthenware, glass candle holders, vintage cut glass candle holders, candles in a selection of colours and styles. glass candle sleeves, Ivory Fabric Table
Runners, and sandstone styling slabs.
Our collection is forever growing and we are always on the lookout for special new pieces.

Servicing Fees
When you book The Whispering Branch you are not just paying for 'just flowers'. You're also paying for all the behind the scenes.
That includes growing + tending your blooms, market trips, relationships with growers for premium products, studio space, Insurance, tools, staff, site inspections, days of conditioning and prepping product, delivery, travel, consulting, admin, researching, expertise and late night bump-outs.
TRAVEL, DELIVERY & SET UP
We have a set fee that is added to all quotes to cover the cost of flower market visits, parking, tolls, and travel to and from your venue.
$300 - applies to All Locations within a 200km radius of Moffatdale. Beyond will be custom quoted on distance.
$100 - 1 Hour Venue Site Inspection or 1:1 meet up consultation.
BUMP-OUT FEES
Please note that most venues require a bump-out immediately after your reception finishes or have very strict time frames for a bump-out so please check with your venue for details. We do not allow couples to do their own pack down if structures, Installations, vases or styling items belonging to The Whispering Branch are being utilised for OH&S reasons.
A standard (next day) bump-out fee of $300 applies to all quotes to cover costs of post-event pack-down, waste removal, and cleaning. Should your venue require a late-night bump out (10pm -1am) an increased fee of $420 is applicable.
LABOUR & STAFFING
Labour and staffing requirements will be calculated based on the unique elements of your proposal. Ensuring we have enough hands on deck to bring your floral vision to life is an essential requirement for our business. The average wedding will require between 2-3 onsite staff for set up and bump out, sometimes more.
Calculation example only: Bloom cost $2,500 + Travel, Delivery Set Up $300 + Late Night Bump Out $420 + Labour $500 = $3,720 + GST 10% GST will be added to all quotes | Servicing fees are non-negotiable.
